GEOGRAPHY

The story of !Fest Coffee Mission began with Ethiopia — it was the founder’s first encounter with specialty coffee from this origin that set everything in motion. The first direct trips to farms took place in Nicaragua and El Salvador, where we saw firsthand how coffee is actually grown and processed. Later, Honduras joined the map, becoming the origin from which we brought our first container of specialty coffee to Ukraine.

Today, !FCM’s geography covers key coffee regions across Central America, Africa, and Asia. We work directly with farmers, cooperatives, and processing stations, building long-term partnerships. This approach allows us to ensure consistent quality, traceability, and a fair supply chain from farm to cup.

We focus on direct sourcing of coffee greens: lots are selected through cuppings at origin, farm and processing station verification, and quality alignment before contracting.

We work only with coffee that meets our quality standards and confirm it again before shipment, so you receive exactly the lot that was selected.

With warehouses in logistics hubs across Europe and Ukraine, we ensure fast delivery and a stable supply of fresh coffee greens throughout the year.

○○ Green Coffee from Farmers

We offer green coffee from farmers. Today we work directly with more than 200 farms from 11 countries, which are:

BRAZIL – with a chocolate-nutty profile. It's perfect for those who tend to have a stable taste profile as Brazilian beans are known for constant quality from year to year.

PERU – “comfortable”, stable, interesting coffee with a fruity profile.

BOLIVIA – characterized by a full body and bright lactic acid development.

EL SALVADOR – with developed acidity of sour berries and sweet fruity notes at the same time.

HONDURAS – sweet in balance, with hints of ripe and dry fruits.

GUATEMALA – with intense acidity when washed and full-bodied, saturated, fruity when naturally processed. Curious to know that Guatemalan greens are the best in maintaining quality with time.

COLOMBIA – known for its full body and bright malic acidity.

ETHIOPIA – the main coffee trick of this origin is floral flavor combined with notes of fruits, berries and tealike taste.

KENYA – famous for its sparkling phosphoric acid influenced by a special character of soils.

RWANDA – with a berry bright coffee that can also boast phosphoric acidity, but unlike Kenya is at the same time very sweet.

INDONESIA – the specialty of this origin is wet hull processing influenced by the country's wet climate. The cup often can have an earthy aftertaste reminiscent of the pu-erh tea.

Of course, these are baseline characteristics of each origin, as factors like rainfall, sunlight, and other conditions can vary from season to season and influence the harvest.

In addition, we experiment with aerobic and anaerobic fermentations, as well as interesting cultivars, allowing us to achieve cup profiles that go beyond what is typically expected from a given region.

That’s why our offer always includes a full spectrum of flavor profiles from each origin. Every lot we present is carefully selected during our sourcing trips.
