Before submitting your sample, please review our selection criteria below:
Quality Requirements:
• Specialty Coffee: SCA 85+
• Q Coffee: SCA 80—85
Please note that we do not accept batches containing green coffee defects that negatively impact the quality of the beverage.
We ask that you submit a minimum of 100—200 g of green (unroasted) beans per sample. Each sample must be accompanied by an information sheet containing the following information:
• Origin: region, farm, farmer's name
• Coffee variety
• Altitude, soil type, and climate conditions
• Other coffee varieties and crops grown on the farm
• Harvest and marketing season
• Labor practices
Production details:
• Cultivation practices (including nutrition)
• Harvest methods
• Processing
• Storage and dry processing
• Packaging
Also, please include:
• Any special awards or recognitions
• Certifications related to the coffee, farm, or producers (if any)
• Any interesting facts or stories you would like to share about your product
